Description

The Human Resources Manager will support the human resources department and the operational departments through regularly scheduled human resources services and reporting. The Manager will help in facilitating the organizations human resources information system and perform processes such as succession planning, policy and procedure development and compliance auditing.

In addition, the position will oversee generalist areas of human resources including managing and evaluating turnover, recruiting, employee relations, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. This role will provide other generalist support including compliance reporting, social media updates and company activities.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business, or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute
  • Microsoft Office skills with the ability to create complex spreadsheets using formulas, including v-lookup, and pivot tables, Power Point Presentations, and complex Word Documents.
  • Advanced use of Human Resources Information Systems (UKG)
  • Ability to foster effective teambuilding among stakeholders and the ability to function as a member of multiple teams.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Requires 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Requires strong knowledge of HR technical subjects.
  • Knowledgeable of current federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (i.e.: OSHA, FMLA, W&H, WC, etc.)
  • Experience with various selection processes (interviews, background screening, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills and multi-tasking
