About the role

We are seeking a strategic and people-focused Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. This role will provide HR leadership and partnership to functional leaders and teams, driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and business success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of influencing at all levels, leading teams through organizational change, and fostering strong collaboration between HR and business teams.

What you'll do (Essential Responsibilities)

* Partner with functional leaders and teams to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing

proactive HR support and insights.

* Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging strong influencing skills to drive change, enhance employee

engagement, and shape the organization's culture.

* Builds capabilities of people leaders within their areas of responsibility regarding talent management.

* Guide teams through organizational changes that come with being a high growth business, including

restructures, leadership transitions, and process improvements, ensuring smooth adaptation and minimal disruption.

* Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across HR and business teams to implement best practices, drive talent strategies, and improve workforce planning.

* Support key HR initiatives, including performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, leadership development, and new leader onboarding.

* Support and coach leaders in building high-performing teams, fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion, and driving employee engagement.

* Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry best practices.

* All other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring (Qualifications)

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or combination of education and experience.

* Minimum 5 years' experience within Human Resources, including a Generalist type role focusing on employee relations and talent management.

* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR leadership role, with demonstrated success in supporting functional leaders and teams.

* Strong ability to influence across all levels of the organization, from frontline employees to senior executives.

* Experience guiding teams through organizational changes, with a focus on change management and employee engagement.

* Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across HR functions and business units.

* Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational development strategies.

* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities.

* Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.

* A high degree of personal accountability and trustworthiness, a commitment to working within Quantum Health's policies, values and ethics, and to protecting the sensitive data entrusted to us.
