Description Material Handlers are required to manage raw materials (finished goods as needed) for the Production Department. They must operate a forklift in a safe manner and work with production supervisors and machine operators to ensure that all of the equipment's needs are met.
3rd Shift, Sunday - Thursday, 11:00pm-7:00am
$18.50 per hour plus $2.10 shift differential
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate forklift safely observing all safety rules, utilizing horns, and maintaining proper
speeds. - Work as a team player both inside and outside assigned department.
- Follows the direction of Supervisors; follows all procedures.
- Able to prioritize tasks and display a sense of urgency.
- Scan materials in D365 to properly maintain inventory levels.
- Stage all raw materials for orders at production equipment in a timely manner.
- Stretch wrap and stage completed pallets of product correctly.
- Remove all trash from the departments and place in proper container.
- Maintain a clean and organized raw material warehouse.
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed or for absenteeism coverage.
- Must satisfactorily complete the forklift training program.
- Willing to train in other areas of the plant.
- Other related duties may be assigned as necessary.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Qualifications:
- Must have pervious material handling experience

Skills/Competencies:
- Must be able to read, speak, and write English with good interpersonal skills. To include
reading and comprehending work instructions, safety rules. - Must be capable of performing addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division calculations.
