JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Employee Experience Intern will support and coordinate Employee Experience initiatives that enhance Vaulter's experience and foster a positive, inclusive company culture. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Employee Experience this role will serve as an extension of Human Resources across business lines to build and promote culture efforts in a corporate setting with a distributed global workforce. The role will be anchored on amplifying our values to build the employee brand and culture at Commvault internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and implementation of employee engagement programs and activities create a highly engaged and inclusive culture.
  • Contribute to developing a new best-in-class onboarding experience for both new Vaulters and hiring managers.
  • Work independently and on a team to organize, update and curate content for our employee portal (a sharepoint site designed system) and broader Employee Experience efforts.
  • Collaborate with other HR Team collaborators, providing resources and materials that support their programs and align with HR Team initiatives.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Must be enrolled in college and working towards an undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field
  • Must be committed to working virtually 40 hours a week
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to assist with administrative tasks, find solutions and bring fresh ideas
  • Flexible spirit with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Agile approach, collaborative spirit with a can-do attitude
