Summary of Primary Functions: Entry-level position for mechanical engineering graduates.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products. First Three Months:
  • Complete full orientation portion of the Tindall Training Program including time in production, QC, field and support operations
As Assigned:
  • Support of special projects including tasks such as: test design, data collection, quality control, report writing, and other documentation
  • Support of pilot commercial projects including tasks such as: travel to site, training of others on standard procedures, quality control inspections, report writing and facilitating communication with site representatives
  • 3D modeling using CAD programs and drawing creation to support development and commercial projects
  • Implementation and development of computer-aided design to computer-aided manufacturing (CAD to CAM) processes
  • Assist with process and forming development including mechanized carts, pouring equipment, and cleaning equipment; evaluate and assess equipment purchases
  • Prepare and deliver presentations of project results
  • Assist with the work of other team members including general support and peer review
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Education: College Degree (4 year): Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related degreeExperience: Less than 1 year
