Key contact for delivery of Mighty products to customers. Fulfills salespersons communication to add/remove inventory, set min/max of inventory, as well as organization of product. Handles rotation of product and possible collection of funds.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Deliver/check in Mighty product
  • Maintains strip/tag label system
  • Rotates and cleans product and shelving
  • Possible collection of funds
  • Delivers Mighty Tech Tips
  • Sets up Mighty online catalog, updates on TPMS tools
  • Communicates with salesperson/office about any customer needs
  • Maintains company vehicle for service needs and cleanliness
  • Helps pull orders, put away stock, and fulfill quick deliveries



Education



  • High School Diploma


Experience/Training



  • Knowledge of auto parts and/or automotive industry preferred
  • Display willingness to learn, maintain quality company image, and be detail oriented.
  • Good decision making and problem solving skills.
  • Strong ability to communicate with multiple parties in a project to maintain flow.
  • Understand and maintain an excellent customer service attitude and appearance.
  • Be a self-starter, be able to plan and execute multi step/multi day assignments.
  • Knowledge of auto parts preferred


Licenses/Certifications



  • Valid Driver's License, good driving record



      PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS:



      • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
      • Ability to maneuver 55 gallon drums of liquid


      WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

      This is a driving and delivery position and will require significant hours driving a van or truck each day. This position will require work in outdoor weather conditions and will include work performed in the rain, snow, wind and in hot and cold weather. This position will be in the presence of loud machinery at times.

      The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $17.62 and $22.44 hourly. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below:



      1. Experience and qualifications: The depth of relevant experience and specific skills you bring to the position.
      2. Education and certifications: Any additional qualifications that enhance your ability to succeed in the role.
      3. Market and industry benchmarks: We compare compensation packages with industry standards to ensure we are competitive.
      4. Internal equity: We strive to maintain pay equity across the organization to ensure fairness for all teammates performing similar work.
