Your Role With Us:

Salem Health is seeking a full time Sleep Medicine Physician to join our Salem Health team. As a Sleep Medicine Physician with Salem, you will work in collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers and other members of the health care team to directly manage the care of patients.

Background/Expertise:

• Graduated from an approved school of medicine
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Neurology, Pediatrics, or Otolaryngology.
• Completion of an accredited fellowship in Sleep Medicine
• An unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Oregon
• Current DEA certificate
• Board Certification in Sleep Medicine by the American Board of Sleep Medicine. Applicants who are not Board Certified must obtain board certification within five years from completion of the applicable Residency and/or Fellowship program
• Skilled in all aspects of Sleep Medicine
• Knowledge of Lean methodology highly preferred
