**Healthcare experience is a plus* Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Change Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that organizational projects and initiatives meet objectives on employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems, and technology. Key Responsibilities: *Apply a structured methodology and lead Change Management activities. *Develop and implement Change Management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes. *Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. *Support communication & training efforts by enabling the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications. *Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs. *Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics. *Manage anticipated and persistent resistance by understanding the root causes and sources of resistance. *Coach leaders and executives to fulfill the critical role of Change Management sponsor. *Support and coach people managers and supervisors as they help their teams through transitions. *Integrate Change Management activities with project plans. *Skills* Organizational change management, Change management, Corporate communication *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
