*Location:* On site 2x a week in New York or Toronto
*Duration:* 18-24 month scope of work. Potential of client hiring this consultant directly permanent. *Pay:* $75-87.00/hr. W2 Contract full time 40 hours a week. *Role:* Scrum Master *Required Skills* * 5+ years as a Scrum Master * Industry experience in banking/financial services. Investment banking (global markets, Fixed income, Capital Markets) specifically would be a bonus but not required. * Expertise working in Agile delivery and Agile transformation efforts with immature Agile teams and environments * Expertise in full Agile delivery cycle including ceremonies * Knowledge and working experience in SAFe. Bonus for SAFe certification. * Working experience with Jira and Confluence * Ability to work on site in either New York or Toronto 2 days a week hybrid *Bonus skills* Data governance, data lineage, and data management experience *Role* We are hiring several Scrum Masters to support a large investment banking client on several technology initiatives. Each Scrum Master will oversee 2 scrum teams in a maturing Agile banking environment. Candidates must have experience in SAFe, Jira, Confluence, and Agile Transformation efforts along with strong communication skills. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $87.00 - $87.00/hr.
