GENERAL FUNCTION The Frame Programs Field Consultant will serve as the primary contact for program sales growth and support within a defined geography. The Frame Program Field Consultant will be responsible for account management of program customers, ensuring the account has a clear understanding of the program, fostering relationships to serve as program and account advocates, growing the current program utilization by the account, trouble-shooting issues and managing conflict. The successful individual will be able to manage a schedule with appropriate travel in the field, typically 50%. The Frame Program Field Consultant must be persuasive, able to work independently and have exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both the external customer (doctors and optical staff) and internal customers (other teams and cross-functional departments within EssilorLuxottica). Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
