Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Marketing Technology Developer in Green Bay to enable marketing strategies and operations by developing and implementing marketing technologies and platforms. The MarTech Developer will support email marketing efforts, enhance marketing automation, assist with website development and leverage artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities:
  • Build complex datasets, segments and journeys within a variety of marketing tools, including SimonData, SendGrid, StackAdapt and ContentStack.
  • Recognize solutions to key business challenges through implementing technology, driving maximum value from current tools and recommending new tools.
  • Have an understanding of user states, events and journey mapping.
  • Collaborate with teammates on potential solutions of phases for speed to market.
  • Understand the best practices for coding within different channels, including email marketing and accessibility.
  • Document written technical requirements.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of website development experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL.
  • Knowledge of Snowflake.
  • Expert in HTML, CSS and JavaScript (React, Node, NextJS and Springboot).
  • Experience working with customer data platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience working within cross-function marketing and creative teams.
