    Job Summary

    The Protocol Administrator & Scheduling Manager is responsible for enhancing and maintaining the guest experience by efficiently recruiting and training Protocol on-site staff. He/she oversees all sales inquiries that require non-catered, off-premise staffing. Reporting to the General Manager and VP of Operations, the Protocol Administrator & Scheduling Manager will assist in the everyday operation of the Booking Department.

    Must have hospitality and event knowledge

    Essential Functions
    * Recruitment & Onboarding
    o Oversee full life cycle recruiting of Protocol Staffing, including culinary staff and waitstaff
    o Assist with onboarding of all new employees, such as new employee orientation,
    explanation of benefits, explanation of company policies, practices and procedures,
    verifying I-9 and E-Verify
    o Maintain current records of licenses (TIPS, SERVSAVE, ABRA, etc.)
    o Assist in creation of new employee job descriptions and maintain current job descriptions
    o Maintain all legal, State and Federal compliance
    o Assist in development of personnel policies and procedures and maintain the employee handbooks
    o Schedules training for new hires
    o Create SOPs for recruitment, sales and scheduling to improve efficiencies in the department

    * Scheduling
    o Assist in the general Booking process as directed by Senior Scheduling Manager
    o Maintain open and continuous communication with Booking colleagues and Sales Account Executives to support requirements of events
    o New hire training assignments are scheduled in CXP.
    o Responsible for taking one MOD On-Call/Emergency Line on rotation once a month

    * Admin + Reports
    o Manage administrative tasks including billing, payroll processing, cross check 3rd party staffing requests vs. invoices for accuracy, record-keeping, CXP worker profile management, and performance tracking.
    o Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, absences, and time off requests.
    o Uphold Department Time & Attendance Policy, observe blackout dates and adhere to scheduling availability requirements
    o Implement and maintain administrative processes that improve efficiency and productivity.
    o Prepare and generate reports regarding staffing and scheduling for management review (Captains Recaps, Captains monthly compliance, attendance, monthly audit).
    o Respond to employee inquiries regarding scheduling, policies, and procedures in a timely manner.
    o Other duties may be assigned based on business demands
