JOB SUMMARY:
Cox Media is seeking a Manager of Campaign Execution to join our Digital Ad Operations Center of Excellence. This position manages a team responsible for the development of results driven digital media campaigns. They will be responsible for ensuring digital campaigns are fulfilled on-time and deliver results that meet or exceed client expectations across our suite of products. This individual must possess a strong ability to build relationships across teams and provide excellent customer service standards. They will work in a matrix organization leading remote and geographically diverse teams. The Digital Ad Operations Manager will work to create efficiencies and streamline workflows around the digital campaign reporting process. They will also determine prioritization of clients and guide their team through the execution of requests to meet internal and external expectations. They will be responsible for coordination with their peers within the Digital Ad Operations Center of Excellence to ensure positive performance outcomes and internal and external stakeholder satisfaction. This coordination will include mitigation and prevention of escalated issues, the resolution of stakeholder concerns, monitoring of productivity and the execution of strategies to optimize processes, retain talent and maintain a high performing team. They will manage a fulfillment team to drive superior campaign execution and results for customers and will manage their performance against associated SLAs and KPIs. USD 90,100.00 - 150,100.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $90,100.00 - $150,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
