Who You Are...

As Warehouse Coordinator, you will assist the Field Operations Manager with the operations of the warehouse facility by helping to manage Company property, equipment, and materials. This role is responsible for loading/unloading trucks, reviewing orders for accuracy prior to delivery, orchestrating timely deliveries, keeping an accurate inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Some examples of the work you might do includes:



  • Receives, logs, and reviews equipment/material deliveries are accurately and timely distributed.
  • Loads, stores, secures and unloads equipment and materials on an as-needed basis.
  • Identifying any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
  • Plan appropriate delivery routes and adhere to delivery schedules as closely as possible.
  • Coordinate Company deliveries to various job sites, locations, and clients according to need/demand.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner.
  • Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.
  • Manage warehouse, monitoring work, and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment.
  • Operates company equipment/vehicles in a manner that facilitates safety and efficiency.
  • Regularly inspects equipment/vehicles for mechanical/safety issues and performs basic preventative maintenance.
  • Escalates more in-depth equipment/vehicle issues to management for resolution.
  • Abides by all regular driving rules, as well as with the safety policies and procedures of the Company.
  • Interacts in a courteous, collaborative, and communicative manner with customers and coworkers.
  • Prepares all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.
  • Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads.

What You Need...



  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Capacity to successfully execute job duties under limited supervision.
  • Forklift Certification.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have a driving record compliant with the Company's policies and MVR requirements, and consent to ongoing driving record monitoring by the Company.
  • Ability to travel locally up to 15% of the time.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • High school diploma.
  • 3-5 years of warehouse coordinator experience.
  • Current First Aid/CPR Certification.

Work Environment:



  • This position operates primarily in a warehouse environment, which can mean exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, and/or moderate noise levels. Work tasks may also necessitate regular use of a forklift, as well as other basic hand tools.
  • This position will also spend a sizeable portion of time operating a truck to complete job tasks, which means exposure to the hazards typically associated with vehicular travel, including weather, traffic, occasional noise, etc.


Physical Demands:



  • In performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, balance, kneel, reach, and possess an appropriate degree of both visual acuity and manual dexterity.
  • S/he may occasionally be required to climb, crawl, crouch, stoop, and/or perform repetitive motion.
  • This is considered a medium work position, which means possible exertion of up to fifty (50) pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to thirty (30) pounds of force frequently, and/or up to ten (10) pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
