(overtime as needed) Functions: Oversee daily shipping and receiving department reporting into site assistant production manager. Responsibilities: Reviews daily shipping schedule with customer service and assistant production manager. Leads shipping and receiving department to ensure that daily shipping and receiving schedules are met and that all customer orders are shipped per customer requirements. Operates sit down and stand-up forklifts Oversee ink return process for receiving Operate personnel computer. Performs SAP functions related to shipping and receiving Participates as safety committee member Works closely with the site manager to ensure that the site meets OTIF targets Participate in preparing and conducting physical inventory. Twice a year. Manages and processes "Export" shipments Oversee that Haz Waste shipments are processed and shipped per HazMat regulations Performs other duties as required Organizational Relationship: Regular contact with site personnel. Requirements/Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to read and write English 2 years of Warehouse/Shipping & Receiving experience Ability to operate sit down and stand-up Forklift Computer literate; experience with SAP a plus. Ability to lift 50+ lbs Good attention to detail and ability to prioritize Prior hazardous or D/G (dangerous goods) experience a plus Knowledge of FED-X Ship Manager system a plus Must be able to work overtime when needed.
