About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, fixing, and enhancing high-quality software applications. You will work closely with other engineers, business stakeholders, product managers and remote engineering teams to perform your roles in an effective manner. What You Will Do

  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving technical issues related to customer-facing software applications

  • Development: Performing hotfixes, enhancing application features by working with the core engineering team by adopting engineering best practices and test-driven development

  • Technical Support: Interacting with internal stakeholders to understand their problems and provide technical solutions ensuring business continuity

  • Technical Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, such as knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides

  • Product Testing: Assisting in testing new products or software updates to identify and fix bugs

What Skills & Experience You Should Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

  • Sound programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python)

  • Familiarity with developing and deploying applications into AWS or Azure

  • Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)

  • Understanding of object-oriented programming principles

  • Familiarity with relational and document databases
