Description The Learning Manager oversees our Learning program and manages the development and execution of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) training programs for both clinical and administrative staff. Serves as a team lead and collaborates effectively, develops engaging learning content, and ensures training success across diverse teams and learning styles.
Qualifications Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in education, health care, instructional design, or a related field. (Required)
Master's Degree Master's or other advanced degree in education, health care, instructional design, or a related field is advantageous. (Preferred)

Minimum Work Experience
5 years Five years of experience in adult education, instructional design, training delivery, and/or curriculum development, preferably in a health care or medical environment. (Required)
5 years Five years of technical or professional experience using ERP and/or related software. (Required)
3 years Three years of management or leadership experience in a related field. (Required)

Required Skills/Knowledge
Strong expertise in ERP systems and healthcare technology
Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and virtual training platforms.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical
audiences through multiple channels, including static and dynamic pre-recorded and live content delivery.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build relationships with clinical, operational, administrative,
and IT stakeholders.

Required Licenses and Certifications
Certifications in instructional design (e.g. CPLP, CPTD) and
ERP-specific training in Workday software products are advantageous. (Preferred)

Functional Accountabilities
ERP Training Program Design and Development
  • Supervise the creation and execution of comprehensive ERP training programs, tailored for clinical and administrative staff.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, IT teams, and business stakeholders to understand ERP system functionalities and workflows, ensuring training materials are relevant, accurate, and impactful.
  • Use adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create diverse and engaging training experiences across various delivery methods.
Training Delivery and Evaluation
  • Oversee the delivery of training sessions using multiple channels, including instructor-led, e-learning modules, simulations, webinars, and in-person sessions.
  • Continuously assess training needs, performance gaps, and learner feedback to improve training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational and learner goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics such as learner feedback, adoption rates, and compliance with ERP standards and processes.
Continuous Learning and Improvement
  • Guide the development and revision of training materials and resources to reflect changes in ERP systems, business workflows, and organizational needs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, supporting staff onboarding, new functionality rollouts, and targeted learning initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess end-user competence, confidence, and efficiency, ensuring the training program evolves to meet current and future needs.
Team Leadership and Supervision
  • Lead and supervise a team of Learning Instructors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective execution of training programs.
  • Provide guidance to the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Ensure that the Learning team meets organizational goals and priorities while maintaining alignment with standards, culture, and best practices.
