We are seeking a highly skilled Chef Manager to lead the culinary operations for an education account in Charleston County, SC. This role requires a candidate with strong culinary expertise, school food service experience, and catering background. In addition, financial acumen, including P&L accountability, is a key aspect of this role. You will be responsible for ensuring the success of the food service operation, delivering exceptional meals to students and staff, and maintaining high standards for both quality and cost control.
