Job purpose: The fairlife team is looking for an initiative-taking and tech-savvy IT Solutions Technician to provide critical endpoint and end user support services and expertise. The ideal team member will enjoy working both independently and in teams of brilliant people from across our organization to ensure IT assets are delivering the reliability, performance, and value necessary to support a fast growth business. Responsibilities:
- Provide first response support via ticket system, Microsoft teams, emails and phone.
- Provide onsite support in a 24x7 manufacturing operation for both IT and OT systems in manufacturing facilities.
- Utilize remote monitoring and management software to efficiently troubleshoot, maintain, and secure endpoints.
- Maintain and optimize Microsoft tech stack including O365, Basic Intune, WIN10 and WIN11 Administration.
- Provide technical support for office systems (Endpoint support, printers, video conferencing, Knowledgebase development.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate IT activities and issue resolution with key stakeholders.
- Work with vendors to facilitate things such as hardware repairs, etc.
- Support access and licensing for 3rd party applications such as Adobe Suite, Lucid Charts, and Microsoft.
- Ensure established IT processes are adhered to and KPI's are accurately tracked and reported.
- Assist with miscellaneous IT related activities (i.e. equipment receiving, asset management).
skills/qualifications required:
- 1-2+ years Help Desk Operations, Desktop tech stack management, and End User support experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows environment
- Experience administeringMicrosoft's tech stack for endpoints
- Hands on experience installing IT hardware and software for Windows
- Basic Azure AD, Defender for Endpoint, and Intune knowledge preferred
- Ability to creatively problem-solve
- CompTIA A+ Certificate, Microsoft MD102 preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

- Standard office hours and shared on-call duties for off hours
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs.

- Understand, observe, and comply with the handling and usage of the color-coded container policy while in the Production Areas.
- Perform all duties necessary to meet Company, Customer and/or Government requirements/standards as prioritized by the Company.
- Ability to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the product, processes, quality system, or safety system.
- Identify and record any problems relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the ingredients, processes, quality system, or safety system.
- Control further processing or delivery of nonconforming product in terms of Food Safety and Quality issues until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
- In the event of absence, another employee with the same skill level will assume the duties and responsibilities as required.
