Add to favorites Favorited View favorites Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $56,600 - Midpoint: $73,600 (Salaried E9) Department/Organization: 505171 - Supply Store - Ferguson Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm; weekends on a rotating basis & some extended hours as need Job Summary: The Manager of Online Sales maintains the online website for the University Supply Store. Oversees day to day operations for online sales. Supervises staff. Resolves employee and customer complaints or concerns. Additional Department Summary: The Manager of Online Sales oversees the Supply Store's web/mail order operations. Maintains adequate staffing, product display, supplies, and materials for web/mail order operations. This position collaborates with the Supply Store Online Sales Associate to ensure all aspects of customer orders are filled in a timely manner. Oversees the online website and maintenance of the site. Assists with placing marketing on the site. This position supervises and assists with overseeing of merchandising, processing, and shipping of merchandise sold through our website. Serves as part of the Supply Store management team. Opens and closes the Store as needed. Rotates with other management team members to manage the entire store on the weekends. Performs specific operational functions in the computerized inventory management and point of sale system as needed. Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of retail sales experience with two (2) years of supervisory experience Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Two (2) years of related experience including some experience with perpetual inventory system and two (2) years of supervising experience. Skills and Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to use email and email attachments. Good oral and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with packaging/shipping web/mail orders. Web site design experience. Basic knowledge of HTML and Photoshop experience.
