We are in search of a top-tier leader to join our growing team. Delivery Manager Responsibilities: Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to recruiters. Develop and execute recruitment strategies for top-tier talent. Oversee training programs and facilitate recruitment activities. Ensure quality control and best practices in recruitment processes. Generate data-driven reports and insights for senior management. Monitor and report on recruitment performance and trends. Utilize technology and innovation to enhance the recruiting process. Assess and coach recruitment staff throughout the recruitment life cycle. Responsible for facilitating trainings with new and tenured recruitment team. Liaison between Sales, Account Management and Recruitment teams to ensure quality fulfillment. Participate in new and existing client calls to establish skills and process requirements necessary for fulfillment. Establish and execute a successful quality control program for sales, account management, and recruitment teams. Interaction with C-Level suite on organizational strategy and facilitation with midlevel leadership team. Ability to operate in a performance-based environment. Responsible for providing additional support for training and development of sales and recruitment staff. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in healthcare sales or recruitment management and training. Strong leadership skills for team motivation and mentoring. Expertise in developing training strategies and materials. Track record of achieving team goals and deadlines. Proficiency in improving operational and quality initiatives. Analytical mindset for data-driven decision making. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance. Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills.
