We are in search of an exceptional Engagement Recruiter to join our growing team. Engagement Recruiter Responsibilities: Primary focus will be on the recruitment of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurses, Advanced Practice, and other clinical roles. Generate a high volume of outbound calls daily. Recruit qualified healthcare professionals utilizing the internet, job boards, cold calls, and referrals. Screen and interview qualified candidates. Stay connected with candidates throughout the entire hiring process. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads. Responsible for establishing and executing recruitment engagement and retention pilot program. Responsible for exceeding all KPI. Establish relationships with internal sales, account management, and recruitment teams. Utilize internal resources to define prioritization and strategy for engagement and retention programs. Engage with all clinicians currently on contract approaching extensions or redeployment. Create a program for consistent client and candidate engagement. Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years' sales or recruitment experience. Entrepreneurial drive with a hunter mindset. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong team player with enthusiasm and self-motivation. Ability to set and surpass goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative and innovative thinking.
