Director Product Specialists- Payment Facilitation

This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office.

The Product Manager of Payment Facilitation will lead and oversee the bank's payment facilitation operations, ensuring seamless and secure payment processing for clients. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with various departments to enhance payment solutions and drive innovation.

* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the bank's payment facilitation strategy, aligning with overall business goals.
* Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of payment professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient and secure payment processing operations, including transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Innovation and Improvement: Identify and implement new payment technologies and solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including IT, compliance, risk, credit, client facing teams, clients and vendor relationships to ensure cohesive and effective payment operations. Partner with risk management leader to develop and maintain robust risk management practices to mitigate potential payment-related risks.
* Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of payment facilitation operations

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• 6 years of Product Management Expereience

If hired in NY or CA, the base pay for this position is generally between $165,240.00 and $194,400.00. If hired in NC, TX, AZ, IL the base pay for this position is generally between $137,700.00 and $162,000.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
