Inventory Clerk - Whitestown, IN

STARTING WAGE: $20.00

We offer a 2nd shift differential of $1.00 per hour.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At NTN, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.

What you will do on a typical day:

• Receives incoming goods and accurately sorts, labels and stores goods
• Checks for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices
• Ensures proper routine of materials is maintained while the materials are transported between departments
• Researching discrepancies, shortages/ overages, found in warehouse locations
• Enters data into a database to maintain up-to-date stock and inventory records
• Conducts inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs
• Validating Item Master for SKU accuracy
• Updates and maintains part logs to ensure accuracy
• Counts and reconciles randomly and systematically chosen part numbers and/or locations
• Communicate across departments when issue arise
• Other duties as assigned
• Works to reconcile returned goods
• Research stock transactions for inventory related investigations

Skills/Experience:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience in a computerized office/administration field. Warehousing and/or logistics environment preferred. *Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience may be considered for the above.

• Strong computer skills and Basic math skills
• Strong communication skills
• Available to work various shifts/hours including holidays and weekends

• Previous inventory experience strongly preferred.
