Job Summary

The Procurement Systems Administrator provides enterprise software support and maintenance of the Company's procurement system, with a focus on data integration, reporting, and business intelligence to meet the Company's dynamic business needs.


Essential Functions

  • Actively supports the Company's commitment to safety and its "Core Values".
  • Represents the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company's "Code of Business Conduct and Ethics".
  • Maintains the procurement system to ensure continuous functionality.
  • Works with the IT department to implement enhancements, upgrades, etc., to the procurement system.
  • Builds and maintains commodity categories and catalogs within the procurement system.
  • Leads the creation and configuration of project workspaces within the procurement system; imports engineering data into electronic bills-of-materials; builds electronic requisitions; builds and maintains systematic requisition approval workflows based on project delegation of authority levels.
  • Generates and analyzes system data to develop various reports as required to support procurement functions.
  • Assists with data migration from the procurement system for use in other Company software applications.
  • Prepares content and delivers training and technical support to system users.
  • Performs information presentation tasks such as report automation, dashboarding, and notifications.
  • Performs other responsibilities as required or assigned.


Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years' experience in software/application design, development, and/or administration.
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent job-related experience/knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of the procurement and function.
  • Experience with ERP or construction procurement systems; direct experience with Hexagon Smart Materials system a plus.
  • Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Experience in software support; knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques.
  • Strong customer service orientation with problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information in a discreet manner.


Physical/Special Requirements



  • This position may require working outside of normal business hours upon occasion.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
