What You'll Do

Responsibilities

  • Maintains marketing databases, boilerplate content and other resources.
  • Oversees special projects as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for internal functions.
  • Support content development of marketing materials including project sheets, resumes, project lists, etc.
  • Provides production support for marketing collateral, presentations, event materials, etc.
  • Assists with tracking and coordination of conferences and events.
  • Assists with prequalification documents, vendor forms, and safety information requests.
  • Collects competitive intelligence and industry data.
  • Mines data sources to extract relevant market statistics and information.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to continually improve marketing processes and procedures.
  • Maintains relationships with cross-functional departments.
  • Follows branding best practices.
  • May mentor junior administrative staff.
  • Participates in professional development activities (i.e., Continuing education, seminars, classes, professional organizations).
  • Performs additional administrative tasks and/or special projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required. BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar preferred.
  • Demonstrates self-initiative; fosters a positive and responsive team environment and can quickly adjust to dynamic schedules.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail with the ability to plan and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with individuals at all levels of and across the entire company to support the business mission.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign required.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, marketing software and internet applications.
