Senior Curriculum/Web Developer This position requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance to be considered. The Senior Curriculum/Web Developer is responsible for managing and enhancing the learning platform (LP) and websites for Deployed Medicine and JTS, ensuring smooth navigation and content accessibility. They oversee content organization, user experience, and technical execution while proactively troubleshooting bugs and optimizing platform functionality. This role involves working closely with educational staff and subject matter experts to develop and update learning materials, monitor user engagement, and implement licensing policies. Additionally, they provide training, support, and assessment tools to instructors and coordinators, ensuring effective use of the platform and continuous improvement based on analytics and feedback. Senior Curriculum/Web Developer Responsibilities Include:
- The Developer is responsible to provide primary support for the learning platform (LP) with Deployed Medicine and JTS websites by delivering assigned tasks on time and taking ownership of task completion and developer quality review. They will work independently to proactively identify, investigate, and resolve complex bugs with limited supervision. They will provide technical oversight and execution of front-end and back-end functionality across Deployed Medicine and JTS web page. The Developer will ensure content is organized and presented in a user- friendly manner, facilitating easy access and navigation for users. Implement tagging and categorization strategies for content to enhance searchability and user experience. They will monitor user engagement with content and adjust based on analytics and feedback.
- They will maintain and ensure the effective management, organization, and updating of educational content on the learning platform (LP) of Deployed Medicine, and to oversee the distribution and management of access licenses for site coordinators and instructors to ensure smooth operation and access to learning resources. Develop and implement policies for license distribution, usage, and revocation in line with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate records of license allocations, renewals, and usage to ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
- The Developer will oversee content management with uploading, updating, and removal of educational materials on the LP, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging for learners. Work closely with educational staff and subject matter experts to develop and curate content that meets learning objectives and ensure all content on the LP meets quality standards and is in alignment with educational goals and compliance requirements.
- They will provide training and support materials for site coordinators and instructors on how to effectively use the LP and its features. Offer ongoing support and updates to users to enhance their experience and effectiveness in using the LP. Establish and maintain regular communication channels with training site coordinators to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback regarding the LP and its content. Assist site coordinators in the effective utilization of the LP, including navigation, content management, and troubleshooting common issues. Successful development deployment of assessment tools, evidenced by reliable measurement of learner outcomes and instructional impact.

Senior Curriculum/Web Developer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Four (4) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
