Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join Treasury Platform and Product Architecture team. The ideal candidate should possess strong Foreign Exchange trading and payment knowledge, be detail-oriented, and be motivated to create innovative products.

Essential Functions:

  • Skillfully manage product development by applying an in-depth understanding and hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Craft comprehensive use cases and engage in web service specifications, including the creation of Swagger files or other API documentation.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to the UI/UX process, encompassing wireframe design, screen development, and close collaboration with the design team to deliver exceptional user interfaces.
  • Collaborate effectively with technology and product teams across various geographic locations, showcasing excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Employ problem-solving skills and adaptability to address challenges and ensure product success.
  • Leverage knowledge of AI tools to enhance product functionality and improve user experience.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking to align product development initiatives with overarching business objectives.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in technology-drivenenvironments.
  • Highly desirable: Experience in the FX trading and payments industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in web services and API documentation (e.g., Swagger).
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentationabilities.
  • Ability to lead and work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in product development.
  • Ability to take prompt, decisive action after analyzing relevant information.
  • Capability to explain complex business and technical concepts to a broad
  • audience in an approachable way.
  • Innovative mindset to view options from multiple angles.
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 169,100.00 to 245,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
