THE JOB:
As a Fountain Worker, your job is to make guests feel welcome with a friendly smile and great service. You'll pay attention to what they need and help create special moments that make their visit unforgettable.

THE STARTING RATE:
$19.88 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and make sure they look good before serving.
• Handle payments correctly and follow cash-handling rules.
• Keep the dining and kitchen areas clean, clear tables, and sweep without disturbing guests.
• Pack orders with condiments based on guest preferences.
• Label and date food items properly for safety.
• Do opening or closing tasks depending on your shift.
• Unload deliveries, organize storage, and restock supplies as needed.
• Handle guest complaints when possible or report them to a manager or security if necessary.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1 year experience in guest services.
• 1 year experience as a food handler.
• 1 year experience in cash handling.
• Experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
