As a Solutions Consultant you'll play a crucial role in helping customers understand the value of OpenText's Digital Experience solutions. You'll work closely with sales teams, technical experts, and partners to translate complex challenges into tailored solutions that drive business success. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS: * Act as a trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating how OpenText DX solutions solve business challenges. * Partner with Account Executives to develop strategic sales approaches and technical solution positioning. * Deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical deep dives, and workshops that highlight the power of OpenText DX. * Develop and customize demo applications using web technology frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end/back-end frameworks). * Leverage full-stack development experience to build proof-of-concept solutions and integrations showcasing OpenText DX capabilities. * Support the RFP/RFI process, crafting responses that align OpenText capabilities with customer needs. * Translate business goals and technical requirements into compelling value propositions. * Collaborate with Global Services, Product, and Engineering teams to define solution roadmaps. * Represent OpenText at industry events, webinars, and conferences to showcase our DX expertise. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED * 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, sales enablement, or a related role. * Basic knowledge of Digital Experience solutions, such as CMS, DAM, AI-powered analytics, or customer journey orchestration. * Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills-able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. * Hands-on experience with web development frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with full-stack development (Node.js, React, Angular, Vue, or similar technologies). * Ability to develop, customize, and present interactive demos that highlight OpenText DX solutions. * An ability to simplify complex technology concepts and align them with business objectives. * Experience with Private Cloud and hyperscalers (GCP, AWS, Azure) * Familiarity with SaaS-based solutions * An analytical and problem-solving mindset with a passion for learning. * Ability to travel as needed.
