YOUR IMPACT We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling innovative application development and IT operations solutions to new and existing accounts. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, craft tailored solutions and position our offerings to optimize their software development lifecycle and IT operational efficiency. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of consultative selling, technical aptitude, and relationship-building skills. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities within assigned territories or verticals, leveraging market research, networking, and referrals to build a robust pipeline.
- Account Management: Manage and expand relationships with existing accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with clients to understand their pain points in application development (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native development) and IT operations (e.g., infrastructure management, monitoring, automation), and propose tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Consultative Approach: Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to help clients improve efficiency, scalability, and innovation in their development and IT processes.
- Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the full sales process from initial outreach to negotiation, contract closure, and handoff to implementation teams.
- Collaboration: Partner with pre-sales engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals, demonstrations, and presentations.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in application development and IT operations to effectively position our solutions.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or IT solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas with both new business and existing accounts.
- Experience selling application development tools (e.g., DevOps platforms, coding frameworks) or IT operations solutions (e.g., ITSM, cloud infrastructure, observability tools) is a plus.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
