JACKSON ELECTRIC MEMBERSHIP CORPORATION POSITION OBJECTIVES Position requirements EDUCATION: Must be enrolled in an accredited school, pursuing either an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in business analytics, engineering, accounting, finance, or related field. EXPERIENCE: Experience with computer systems and software applications similar to those at Jackson EMC is preferred. Prefer interest in data analytics and visualization, technical communication, strategic planning, or project management. KNOWLEDGE: Must possess a solid basic working knowledge of computer systems and may include, statistical and quantitative analysis, benchmarking, metrics and measures, process improvement techniques, and strategic planning principles. SKILLS: Must have effective communication skills, both written and oral, problem solving and organization skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Must have the ability to accomplish the following: data entry and analysis, report generation, proofing, and ability to follow instructions/directions. II. RELATIONSHIPS Reports to: Director of Strategic Planning and Analytics Internal: Shall foster the development of those supportive relationships essential to the fulfilling of the functions of this position, achieving the results expected and encouraging throughout the organization the concepts of teamwork and cooperative spirit. External: Shall maintain supportive relationships with member consumers, the general public and other contacts to assure that satisfactory results are achieved. Physical activity of the position: Hearing, talking, repetitive motions. Physical requirements: Sedentary work. Visual Acuity: Machine operator (including inspections). Conditions: Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions. IV.
