THE JOB: Lead and integrate all COE F&B Strategy directives at the assigned property, ensuring seamless execution across all F&B functions, including dining outlets, lounges, catering, in-room dining, kitchens, stewarding, and partner venues. Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and guest service initiatives while driving profitability and efficiency. Provide leadership in staffing, employee engagement, and service excellence, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure compliance with all policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while continuously enhancing the guest experience.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Collaborate with the COE of F&B Strategy to execute and sustain all Food & Beverage Strategic Initiatives. Implement and uphold policies, procedures, training programs, menus, and operational standards. Ensure full compliance with all F&B regulations, directives, and service protocols. Drive team performance through coaching, training, and professional development initiatives. Continuously enhance the guest experience by maintaining high standards in food and service quality. Leverage COE resources to optimize sales, maximize profitability, manage labor, and control expenses
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree or has equivalent experience. 6+ years of relevant leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations. They possess in-depth expertise across all F&B disciplines, including branding strategy, sourcing, warehousing, distribution, cost controls, and regulatory compliance. A background in a resort setting is essential, demonstrating the ability to navigate high-volume and luxury service environments. This candidate excels in executing strategic initiatives, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing high-performing teams.
