Magnite is seeking an IT GRC Analyst to support our IT compliance and risk management programs. As a member of Magnite's Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team, the IT GRC Analyst will ensure the company meets various compliance objectives, with a focus on SOX, SOC1 and SOC2 frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT risk management, audit and/or compliance, with in-depth knowledge of key technology processes and control methodologies, and experience assessing technical compliance risks and implementing/evaluating supporting processes and controls.

In this role you will:

  • Support IT compliance programs, ensuring company adherence to IT SOX, SOC1, and SOC2 requirements

  • Develop and maintain policies, standards, procedures, and controls to support compliance objectives

  • Perform routine reviews in support of GRC control requirements

  • Collaborate with Internal and External Auditors to facilitate audit processes, control testing, and remediation efforts

  • Work cross-functionally with various business units to design and evaluate controls for emerging technology/processes.

  • Conduct walkthroughs with control/application owners to document system processes, narratives, and data flow diagrams

  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory updates and industry best practice to ensure continued compliance

  • Drive automation/efficiency in compliance processes to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy

  • Prepare and present reports to management on IT compliance risks, controls, and findings

We're looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

  • 2 years of experience in IT compliance, audit, risk management, or related areas, ideally within a Big 4 landscape.

  • A natural tendency to be curious about technology and how systems work

  • Strong understanding of IT SOX, SOC1, SOC2, COSO and other compliance frameworks

  • Experience working with auditors (internal/external)

  • Experience assessing/covering for IT risks for internally developed software and SaaS providers

  • Hands on experience with IT controls testing, risk assessment, and remediation strategies

  • Knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC), access/change management, proper system development lifecycles (SDLC), and information security best practices.

  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to summarize complex issues to influence stakeholders at various levels

  • Collaborative mindset with a tendency to maintain and foster partnerships

  • Relevant certifications highly desirable (CISA, CISSP, CISM, CPA, CIA, CRISC)

  • Ability to manage/prioritize tasks in a fast paced/changing environment.

The base salary range for this position, across all United States geographies, is $115,000 - $145,000 per year. The upper portion of the salary range is typically reserved for existing employees who demonstrate strong performance over time.
