Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations and ensure client satisfaction. In this role, you will manage budgets, maintain relationships with employees, clients, and departments, and support the professional growth of your team. You will also integrate dining services with facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead employee meetings, training, and performance reviews.
  • Promote team growth through mentorship and effective leadership
  • Manage personnel, including hiring and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Maintain quality standards while managing food costs.
  • Integrate dining services into overall operations.
  • Analyze financial data and generate insights for decision-making.
  • Oversee purchasing, inventory controls, and budget management.
  • Ensure proper food storage and adherence to HACCP controls.
  • Monitor cash handling and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with chefs to plan and ensure quality menus.
  • Stay updated on food safety regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 8-10 years of upscale food service experience, with 6 years in management.
  • Strong personnel management and succession planning experience.
  • Proven ability to achieve company goals.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety.
  • ServSafe or Department of Health certification a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong client relations and time management skills.
