Location: Remote, USA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation Range: $138,000.00- 172,000.00 (range applies to US candidates only)+ Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary

Under the direction of the Alliances Program Director, the Principal Partner Program Manager will support the design and implementation of OneStream's unified partner program. This role involves operational responsibility for the program allocation for the partners across all tracks and throughout the partner lifecycle. The Partner Program Manager will work closely with the Alliance Management teams to drive partner behaviors and support the overall partner strategy.

The Principal Partner Program Manager is a high energy, versatile, organized, and creative professional who is passionate about assisting in the development and implementation of impactful programs and operations that drive partner engagement and support the overall partnering philosophy at OneStream. The individual in this role should be comfortable in a high growth technology organization and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities.

This individual has excellent written, verbal, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills as well as the capacity to communicate concisely and effectively with senior leaders and executives. This individual has established technical sensibilities, proven track record to assist in developing, building and executing successful programs as well as a proven ability to establish and maintain relationships, all to help align priorities within and across initiatives to execute Alliance programs that will aid in the Alliance Partner Program long term success and growth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities



  • Assist in the development, strategies, and rollout of GTM and technical enablement programs.
  • Map partner skills development paths and activities from onboarding through each level up for all current product capabilities.
  • Develop new product functionality enablement programs as "add-ons" to core programs, delivered timely at product release to existing active partners.
  • Assist in the design of new GTM programs for proper sales growth and capacity growth.
  • Help inform goal setting for programs based on the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Identify issues and risks; initiate corrective actions and mitigation strategies as appropriate.
  • Gather feedback from various leaders to constantly improve programs, driving high standards and values.
  • Track and measure the health of these programs through governance, cadence, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with local Alliance Partner Managers to engage, track, and manage partner participation in programs, measured and used in leveling decisions.
  • Support the business by interacting with various internal groups and the partner community.
  • Align & refine Alliance programs regionally and globally to ensure OneStream programs are adopted, evolving, and successful.
  • Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, risks, and issues as appropriate for the target audience.
  • Collaborate in the development of partner engagement activities such as marketing campaigns, sales alignment, and Solution Exchange assets.
  • Ensure operational excellence and maintain a high level of business impact for Objectives and Key Results.
  • Ensure partners comply with OneStream Partner policies.
  • Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple stakeholders, projects, and programs.



Required Education and Experience



  • Four-year college degree in fields such as Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Alliance, Vendor management, Project management, product design, or related experience.
  • Experience in Business Development, Consulting, Software Sales, and/or Alliances role.
  • Experience driving cross-functional teams to develop a strategic and executable vision.
  • Proven effectiveness collaborating in small teams and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proven success building effective, sustainable working relationships internally and with partners.


Preferred Education and Experience



  • Graduate degree in business, preferred.
  • MBA a plus.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • A working knowledge of Corporate Performance Management.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing multi-faceted programs.
  • Ability to perform analytics to evaluate each program's success.
  • Ability to quickly grasp information across a variety of areas and build clear communications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong ability to build and communicate business rationale.
  • High-quality organizational skills.



Travel

Willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time.
