Your Mission:
As the **Manager of Account Development**, you'll be at the forefront of growing one of our largest enterprise accounts. You'll leverage our extensive portfolio of packaging solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and ensure operational excellence. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, relationship building, and analytical acumen to identify new opportunities and scale this global enterprise account.

What You'll Do:
** Own the Relationship with our large global account:** Build and nurture key partnerships to anticipate needs, solve challenges, and maximize sales potential.
** Drive Growth:** Identify and execute opportunities to expand product penetration and increase profitability.
** Strategic Account Management:** Align our solutions with this customers evolving priorities and ensure we exceed their KPIs.
** Collaborate Cross-Functionally:** Work with teams across Innovation, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Operations to enhance product offerings and optimize service delivery.
** Analyze & Optimize:** Leverage data to drive decision-making, streamline processes, and implement cost-saving initiatives.

What You Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in large enterprise account management/sales, preferably in packaging or a related industry.
- Proven ability to cultivate and expand large customer relationships.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with expertise in Excel.
- Leadership and project management experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable leading quarterly business reviews and pricing proposals.
- Ability to travel up to 33%, including internationally.
