A Recruitment Sourcer is the first step in the career path of Recruiter here at DPC. In this role, you will receive extensive training and critical hands-on experience to gain trajectory on this career path. Upon graduating from training, the Sourcer plays a critical role in supporting the Recruitment team by identifying, researching, and engaging with potential candidates for open positions. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline of qualified talent through proactive sourcing efforts, helping to ensure the organization has access to top candidates.
