Inside Sales Manager

What success looks like in this role:

* Manges all aspects of Inside Sales daily operations.
* Assists with account / territory selling strategy development.
* Oversees team through execution of standard Inside Sales duties, including:
o Handling inbound client-initiated calls routed through a queue or email inquiries in response to promotional marketing campaigns,
o Performing outbound calling to existing clients to ascertain quality levels, understand needs and sell or upsell new products and services,
o Addressing client questions during the sales process,
o Responding to inquiries regarding pricing, billing, and charges,
o Following up via telephone with potential clients,
o Learning to use Salesforce.com, and related productivity tools,
o Tracking and reporting sales and other activities to management, and
o Submitting paperwork on time, completely and accurately.
* Collaborates with Sales & Sales Excellence, Marketing & Communications, Engineering & Product Development and other teams to develop client focused solutions targeting identified needs and opportunities.
* Contributes to development of sales / revenue forecasts.
* Implements, monitors and leverages technology and sales tools to maximize the team's efforts.
* Works with direct and indirect reports to ensure understanding and mastery of effective sales processes and methodologies.
* Drives the team to meet and exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
* Resolves key issues raised by team members, referring the most significant and complex to technical colleagues or more senior leaders.
* Monitors team performance and provides on-the-job and formal development opportunities.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
0-2 years' leadership experience

This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology. Therefore, to conform to U.S. export control regulations, applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
