The Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for the creation, updating, and maintenance of the masterfile data for domestic operations. This role ensures data quality, accuracy, completeness, and consistency across masterfile data, which includes customer, vendor and product information. Responsibilities of this position include, but may not be limited to the following:
- Create, update and maintain masterfile data for domestic operations according to established standards and procedures
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, completeness, and consistency of masterfile data for Global operations
- Perform data validation, verification, and maintenance using various tools and methods
- Identify and resolve data issues, errors, and discrepancies
- Collaborate with various departments to understand data requirements and address data-related issues
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, SOX compliance and company policies
- Assist with External Audit(s) through record retrieval and process demonstration for auditors
- Maintain current documentation of all tasks and processes associated with this position
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
- Office/accounting procedures and basic computer skills required. Intermediate Excel Preferred.
- Time management and organizational skills essential
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills required
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail are required
- Must have excellent written, listening and verbal skills
- Must be able to work independently and/or under the direction of others
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 year's experience in customer facing role
