Recovery Support Navigator Worcester, MA, USA Req #3896 Friday, February 21, 2025 Location: Worcester, MA - Lincoln Street Outpatient Treatment Program Pay rate: $20.90/ hour Schedule: Monday 9:00am-5:30pm, Tuesday 7:00am-3:30pm, Thursday 6:00am-2:30pm, Wednesday and Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Hours may vary due to business needs Benefits: 401k with company contribution Health, dental, vision insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human services related field or discipline Or LADC Or has a recognized certification and/or licensure for the target population to work with Or sufficient experience and training in counseling and meets regulatory requirements The Recovery Support Navigator is responsible for: Providing quality services and case management to assigned clients in accordance with the Recovery Navigator model. Performing intake assessments on all new clients to the program and completes all associated documentation within required time frames. Working with the client to develop and implement an individualized plan with goals and objectives based on identified needs. Assisting clients with scheduling and coordinating medical and behavioral health appointments.
