Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mid-Level Commercial Real Estate Leasing Representative to join our team. This role combines leasing expertise with project management skills to effectively manage tenant relationships and oversee real estate projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial real estate leasing, strong project management abilities, and a keen understanding of market trends and property management.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Leasing Management:

    • In working with localized broker, identify and pursue new leasing opportunities to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing tenants, including negotiating lease terms, renewals, and modifications.
    • Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Conduct market research to understand competitive leasing rates, trends, and tenant needs.


  • Project Management:

    • Oversee and manage specific commercial real estate projects, including tenant improvements, renovations, and property upgrades.
    • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
    • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.


  • Tenant Relations:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
    • Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption.
    • Develop and implement tenant retention strategies to maintain long-term occupancy.


  • Reporting and Documentation:

    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on leasing activity, project status, and tenant feedback for senior management.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements, project documentation, and tenant correspondence.


  • Collaboration:

    • Report and work closely with the Director of Commercial Real Estate, work together with internal teams, including development, operations, legal finance, and marketing, to support overall business objectives.
    • Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute to the development of leasing and project management strategies.




Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CPM, CCIM) are a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing and project management, with a proven track record of successful lease negotiations and project execution.
  • Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate leasing practices, property management, and project management principles.
    • Proficiency in leasing and project management software (e.g., Yardi, CRM, Power BI, Excel, Smartsheet's).
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Work Environment: Hybrid
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel for property site visits or project meetings
  • Compensation: $80k-$100k based on experience
