Join Our Team as a National Account Manager at Epiroc!

Epiroc's Attachments Division (ATD) is seeking a dedicated and experienced National Account Manager to join our rental team. This role is responsible for developing and managing relationships with national rental accounts, including United Rentals, Sunbelt Rentals, Herc Rentals and other major rental companies. This role will focus on driving sales growth, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring customer satisfaction for our full line of hydraulic attachment tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry, with a strong understanding of rental market dynamics and customer needs.

Work Type:This position is remote and open to candidates located within the United States. This job opening is not eligible for immigration/work visa sponsorship

Responsibilities:

Account Management & Business Development:



  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for national rental customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with rental customers to understand their needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.


Sales & Revenue Growth:



  • Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling hydraulic attachment tools to national rental accounts.
  • Develop pricing strategies, volume agreements, and promotional programs to support sales growth.
  • Negotiate long-term agreements and ensure alignment with company objectives.


Customer Relationship Management:



  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within rental organizations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide recommendations for mutual growth.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:



  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of customer programs.
  • Provide customer feedback to influence product development and service improvements.
  • Partner with regional sales teams to support local execution of national programs.


Market & Competitive Analysis:



  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on strategic initiatives.


Reporting & Forecasting:



  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and account activity reports.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales performance, and pipeline development.



Knowledge/Education:



  • Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment rental industry sales, preferably in hydraulic attachment tools, heavy equipment, or related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred. Equivalent industry experience will be considered.
  • Strong understanding of the rental equipment industry and national rental accounts.
  • Proven success in national account management and business development.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment:

This role involves exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving machinery, fumes, and occasional high or confined spaces. Safety equipment and adherence to safety protocols are required

Salary Range:The salary for this position is between $130,000 and $148,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards."
