Job Summary The Supervisor II position has the overall responsibility for leading and directing the day-to-day operations of a team of Agents and Representatives supporting various teams in Operations.The Supervisor will work with management to develop, implement and track performance metrics to ensure effectiveness of organization, people and processes. Job Description Key Accountabilities *
Provide direction and oversight to employees who are accountable for handling a variety of customer billing exceptions with a focus on ensuring quality and items in mass
*
Oversee the response and resolution of highly sensitive billing requests and occasional customer issues
*
Work with management across the organization to develop, implement, and track performance metrics ensuring the effectiveness of the organization, people, and processes around billing timeliness and accuracy
*
Manage performance and provide developmental opportunities, coaching, and training for assigned team
*
Serve as a liaison between various teams to ensure Corp. goals and initiatives as well as customer needs are achieved Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements *2+ years experience in a supervisory billing role OR relevant experience leading projects with a high level of delegation of work or team interaction*Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills - including Excel, MS tools.

Demonstrated a history of increasingly responsible leadership roles

Ability to work under tight deadlines, high volume areas and achieve team results
*
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
*Project management experience as a key individual on project Key Metrics *
Ensure continuous improvement through performing of routine monitoring, quality assurance and process improvement through technology
*
Ensure consistent administration of employee discipline and practices consulting with HR as necessary
*
Ensure appropriate staffing levels and actively participate in recruiting, selection, and hiring efforts
*
Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and identify areas of opportunity
*
Meet all SLAs within the Billing tower and ensure that agents are QA for quality
*Prepare, Review, and execute on large amounts of data in a very high-stress level job
