Compensation:

• $23.45 per hour, plus $1 shift differential for 2nd/3rd shift
• $1,000 sign-on bonus

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Mon-Fri, 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM

As a Remanufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for performing disassembly, cleaning, requalification, rework, and assembly of Traction Motor Combo components using both manual and automated equipment. You will inspect components to ensure they meet internal quality and engineering criteria and follow established safety procedures in line with EHS policies. Additionally, you will sign off on process documentation, ensure all work is completed in compliance with internal processing standards, and maintain acceptable defect rates. The role will require you to progress through on-the-job training, complete quality audits, and perform any other duties as required by the team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of EHS procedures and policies.
• Ability to use manual equipment and hand tools safely.
• Working knowledge of inspection measurement equipment and manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to progress through on-the-job training and complete quality audits.
• Ability to document inspection results according to in-house procedures.
