Title: Product Manager

Location:2375 N Glenville Dr, Bldg A Richardson, TX 75082 Position can be remote, if candidate is local, they will need to come in the office 1 dayweek.

Duration: 8Months (Potential to convert to FTE)

Resource's typical working day:


  • Be over 2 agile teams
  • Daily stand up meetings
  • Working with BP on requirements
  • Focusing on collections integrations
  • Vendor integration


Years of Experience needed: 2-5 years

Level of Education: bachelor's degree in a related field

Systems/Software proficiencies:

  • Data base knowledge
  • Table mapping


Certifications/Licenses: n/a

  • Experience working with a 3rd party vendor and multi system integration Selfmotivated, smart and willingness to learn
  • Ability to build effective relationships across a range of business levels and communicate clearly
  • Ability to find simple solutions to complex problems with the user at the heart
  • Ability to make effective decisions, manage stakeholders and control a products direction whilst handling conflicting opinions
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure against tight deadlines and targets Eye for detail and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve best possible results

  • The ideal candidate will be a self starter, driven to constantly look for ways to improve their products to optimize journeys, tackle pain points and drive up their KPIs.


Essential Skills

  • Experience- 2- 5 years experience in a Product Manager
  • Owner position within a digital environment
  • Datadriven and proactive in identifying problems early and prioritizing deliverables
  • Good combination of technical and business background, having worked closely with end users to gather requirements and with Engineering team to translate these into user stories that can be developed and tested against
  • Wellversed in Agile Scrum and Lean methodologies
  • Demonstrable experience managing stakeholders from a wide range of teams and levels of seniority
  • Understanding the principles and importance of a good user experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Desirable Skills

  • Experience Bachelors degree in a related field of work or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with building and deploying products across multiple localities, and in environments with users resistant to change
  • Experience working with UX and Design teams and passionate about creating user centric experiences
  • Confidence to run workshops to share knowledge and experience with colleagues from Product team
  • Good technical understanding of digital platforms including analytics, databases, cloud technology.
