As Sr. Director of Sales, Enterprise Shipper Solutions, you'll spearhead our enterprise market expansion strategy, leading a high-performance team that's reshaping how companies optimize their supply chains through our SaaS solutions.   • Drive enterprise-level digital transformation through multi-million dollar SaaS contracts

Scope & Responsibility:



  • Drive hypergrowth initiatives with target of $5M+ in incremental revenue expansion
  • Lead and develop a growing team of enterprise sales professionals
  • Direct influence on product strategy and market direction
  • Key member of DAT's senior leadership team
  • Multi-million dollar marketing and sales enablement budget
  • Own and drive revenue targets, including new logo acquisition, renewals, cross-sell, and upsell
  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance-driven execution, and customer obsession.


What Sets You Apart:



  • 12+ years in enterprise software sales, with 7+ years leading high-performing sales teams (BDRs, AMs, AEs)
  • Exceptional track record in self-prospecting and new logo acquisition, with proven ability to coach hunting strategies
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling BDR/enterprise sales teams focused on net-new business development
  • Expert in developing prospecting playbooks and coaching sales methodologies across full-cycle enterprise deals
  • History of securing multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts through strategic C-suite engagement
  • Proven ability to mentor teams in navigating complex sales cycles and building executive relationships
  • Deep expertise selling technology solutions to procurement, supply chain, and logistics executives
  • Track record of implementing successful business development frameworks and coaching best practices
  • Freight, logistics, or transportation industry experience is a significant plus
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

For Colorado-based candidates, in compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the minimum salary for this role is $170,000 + commission and benefits. The maximum compensation for this role can vary significantly depending on your job-related skills and experience. DAT considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer.
