Mental Health Outcomes, a division of Horizon Health (and UHS) is looking for product-aware entry level engineers to work on iOS and Android platforms who are hardworking and responsible individuals to help deliver the best mobile experience to our customers. The ideal candidate is deeply entrenched in mobile development, with a passion for demonstrating the right tools and frameworks to guide the development of stable, robust, and resilient apps that best serve our customer base. As a Mobile App Developer I, you are responsible for developing mobile applications using native and web technologies. The individual selected, will be part of an agile team and will play a key role in working with other developers, analysts and QA in understanding the business requirements and developing solutions to deliver with excellent quality and on time. You will design, develop, document, analyze, create, test and modify computer programs and integrations. You will also develop and maintain applications by evaluating client needs; analyzing requirements; developing software systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- The Mobile App Developer I will be proficient in web and mobile development concepts and have the necessary technical skills to support the organization s application development by taking direction from more senior members.
- Use basic programming techniques including object-oriented and functional development, Web Accessibility, and RESTful design patterns to develop web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain user interface components using modern frameworks like C#, Jscript, React, Vue etc.
- Be able to identify problem areas and report to senior members.
- Other duties as assigned.

- 1+ years of experience in modern frameworks to build native apps for Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS from a single codebase.
- 1+ years of experience with mobile app architecture patterns, such as MVVM, MVP, and MVC.
- 1+ years of experience in building responsive and adaptive UIs using modern mobile app languages.
- CICD: Azure DevOps Services (Repos, pipelines), SonarSource (security), Jfrog (artifact management)
- 1+ years of experience in writing applications using secure measures.
- 1+ years of experience identifying and fixing bugs.
- 1+ years of experience consuming REST APIs
- 1+ years of experience working with agile teams
