Responsibilities
Staffing Coordinator 8am - 4:30pm Day Shift Full time Opportunity! Brynn Marr Hospital is committed to providing the highest standard of psychiatric care to adults, adolescents, and children. Since 1983, our behavioral health therapists in Jacksonville, NC, have equipped patients with the skills they need to live happier, healthier, and more productive lives. We offer evidence-based treatment programs that address a number of issues, including grief, trauma, psychiatric disorders, and substance abuse problems. The Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler performs the scheduling and staffing function for Nursing Services for the hospital. Ensures the facility is properly staffed at all times. Creates a monthly and daily schedule for direct care staff, including Nurses and Mental Health Technicians. Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred. Experience: Prior scheduling experience in a healthcare environment. Prefer experience in a psychiatric hospital setting. Physical requirements: Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
