Assistant Practice Manager for the Sentara Medical Group Family Medicine Belleharbour Office in Suffolk, VA!

Full-Time,permanent position (40 hours)

Standard working hours: 8 am to 5 pm EST, M-F

Location: On site. Will report daily at 3920 A Bridge Rd, Ste 207, Suffolk, VA 23435.

Job responsibilities:

The Assistant Practice Manager assumes responsibility, leadership, and accountability for daily operations. Coordinate work monitoring for quality of service. Support employees with solutions for everyday operational needs. Manage multiple projects and performs work assignments as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of clerical experience Required
  • Previous management experience Required
  • High School Diploma

Preferred qualifications:

  • Clinical experience and leadership experience in ambulatory care environment Preferred
